Currently couriers have 'authority to leave' for all NIQUE parcels until social distancing rules are eased.


You will be able to find the delivery details of your order in the shipping email sent by us when your order was dispatched. If you are having trouble finding this email you can email esales@nique.com.au to enquire about the status of your parcel. 


 


If your order has been delivered to your address but you are unable to find it please check your surrounding areas for the order to see if the driver might have put it in a safe place where it's not visible from the street. 


If your were not home when your parcel was attempted to be delivered being delivered a note by Australia Post will be left to re-direct you to your areas post office to pick-up for parcel. There is a ten day holding period at the post office for you to pick it up, with a second note sent following the fifth day of holding. Failure to pick-up the parcel within the 10 day holding period, can expect their delivery to be dispatched to our fulfilment centre.  


Note: Australia post delivery times begin at 7am for residential addresses, and 9am-7pm (AEST) for business addresses.
