The majority of our orders are sent from Victoria, but please note that within NSW specifically, Australia Post are currently experiencing some delays in shipping times; this is due to Covid-19 restrictions currently in place and may affect a small number of online. We appreciate and thank you for your ongoing patience and support.
At the time of placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a new email/SMS with your tracking details.
Domestic Orders: are processed with Australia Post. Once we dispatch your order, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you that includes your tracking number.
You can also find your tracking number by signing in to your account one the website; your tracking number is located in the 'My Orders' section.
Once you have received your tracking number, you can track the progress of your parcel here.
We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery timeframes, which you can see here.
International orders: are couriered with DHL eCommerce, DHL Express and Australia Post. You will be sent an email with a your tracking number and the name of the courier used, so you can track your order on the respective courier website
